postu tikia


this is bengali dish but my family like this recipe so much. try this recipe at home.

cooking time: 1/2 an hour


for 5 persons

Ingredients:-
postu- 1 big katori
onion- 2 
red chilli paste- 1table of spoon
garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
corn flour- 3 table of spoon
oil for shallow fry
salt to taste

Method:-
grind postu on grinder with little water. then take a bowl add grinding postu,chopped cut onion,garlic and chilli paste,corn flour and salt and mix well then you make a tikia in this mixture and shallow fry this tikia. and serve with sause. like awesome taste.
