Spicy chilli chicken with mint flavour
Chilli chicken
it's so spicy and yummy .
for 5 persons:-
preparation time:- 45 min
chicken- 1/2 kg
egg- 1
mint paste 2 table of spoon
green capsicum- 1 piece
onion- 2 piece
long size cut ginger- 1 table spoon
chopped garlic- 1 table of spoon
ginger garlic paste 2 table of spoon
corn flour- 5 table of spoon
black salt 1 table of spoon
black pepper- 1/2 table of spoon
cummin powder- 1 table of spoon
soya sause 1 small katori
tomato sause- 1 small katori
chilli sause- 2 table of spoon
vinegar- 2 table of spoon
green chilli- 2
carrot- 1 katori
mint leaves for garnish
oil to deep fry
Method:-
first of all you cut the vegetables in chinese shape. then you clean chicken. now you marinate this chicken. take a big bowl put chicken add egg,mint paste,corn flour,soya sause 5 table of spoon,black salt,1/2 table of spoon cummin powder 1 table of spoon,ginger garlic paste and mix this mixture and keep aside for 2 hour. now you heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden. set aside. heat oil in other work. add ginger when it little hot then add onion, green capsicum chopped carrot and saute. add the remaining soya sause,tomato sause,chilli sause and stir.add 1 table of spoon vinegar, garlic, pinch of black salt, remaining cummen powder and green chilli.add fried chicken pieces stir it well. bring the mixture to boil.cook for 5 min.garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
