this drink is good in digestion.make at home easily with few ingredients.

Ingredients:-
  1. jeera (cummin)-1 table of spoon
  2. milk-2 table of spoon
  3. jaggery syrup- 2 table of spoon
  4. water- 2 cup

Method:-

boil water add jeera boil for 5 min with a lid.put off fire.strain after sometime.add milk and jaggery syrup.you can also be added to tulsi.
it's ready.
